Coaching
Coaches are the glue that keeps the league running. They are the face of the league so we know the importance of selecting the proper staff to train the kids. Children’s development in the game of soccer is our common goal between board and coaching staff.
Our coaches are selected through our league members. They must go through a process in order to be selected. Our number one thing is child safety. Background checks, licensing and training is minimally required. All training is provided and paid for by the league.
Recreational License levels:
YMI- coaching U6-U8
YMIII coaching U10-U12
E license coaching U14-U18
Continuing education located at calsouth.com
Club licensing level: Minimum for any age group an E License is required.
